The challenge
Example Clinic has four physicians, two front-desk staff and an administrator. Each physician keeps a separate schedule, and the front desk confirms times by phone, one physician at a time.
On top of that, the administration has no clear way to know who recorded each entry.
With Chivo
The administrator adds each person in Users and roles and assigns their role. In the demo we show you how they are set up.
On the dashboard, today’s appointments table shows time, patient, physician, reason and status, and the front desk can manage all appointments from there. Chivo also has a calendar module; we show it to you in the demo.
Each physician opens the patient’s record. In the records table, every entry shows who recorded it.

The result
In this scenario, the front desk and physicians would see the same list of today’s appointments, with each patient’s status, without confirming times one by one.
