1.Acceptance and scope
These terms govern the use of the Chivo commercial website and its account and subscription portal, operated by Hopper Labs, Inc. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Everything related to plans, prices, trial periods, charges, renewals, cancellations and benefits is governed by the Purchase terms. If the two documents differ on those topics, the Purchase terms prevail.
How we handle your personal data is described in the Privacy policy, and the use of cookies in the Cookie policy.
2.The portal is not the clinical product
The portal is for creating your account, choosing a plan, registering your payment method, checking your subscription and contacting the team. It is not the Chivo clinical product: patients, appointments and records are not managed here.
Access to the clinical product is activated manually by the Chivo team. Until the team confirms access, your account shows “Pending activation”: the trial does not run and nothing is charged.
Use of the clinical product is governed by [document to be confirmed with legal counsel].
Do not enter patient data or clinical information in the portal, the contact form or any other field of this website.
3.Your account and its security
- You must be of legal age and have the capacity to contract on your own behalf or on behalf of the clinic you represent.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity that takes place in your account. Use a password you do not use for other services.
- If you sign in with Google or Facebook, that service's terms also apply.
- Let us know immediately at info@hopperlabs.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4.Acceptable use
When using the website you agree not to:
- Use it in breach of the law or of these terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other people's accounts, systems or data.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the website, including load or vulnerability testing without written authorization.
- Send spam, malicious software or bulk automated submissions through the forms.
- Impersonate another person or clinic, or provide false information.
- Copy or bulk-extract the website's content, or resell it.
- Enter patient data or clinical information on the website.
If you find a possible security issue, please report it to info@hopperlabs.io.
5.Informational content
The information on the website, such as product descriptions, FAQs and guides, is general and informational. It is not medical, legal, tax or regulatory advice.
The product may change over time. To learn about it in detail and discuss your case, book a demo with the team.
6.Illustrative cases and data
The cases, people, clinics and patients shown on the website are examples, not real ones, and are labeled “Illustrative example” or “Sample data”. They do not represent real customers or patients, or guaranteed results.
Scenes labeled “Simulated demo” use sample data: they do not show real information.
7.Intellectual property
The website, the Chivo brand, its logo, texts, designs, illustrations and software belong to Hopper Labs, Inc. or are used with their owners' permission.
You may use the website to learn about and purchase Chivo. No other license or right over its content is granted to you.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve Chivo with no obligation to compensate you.
8.Third-party services
The website embeds or links to third-party services: Recurrente's payment form, sign-in with Google or Facebook, demo scheduling on Calendly and, if you accept measurement cookies, the Meta Pixel and the Google tag on the public pages. Each service has its own terms and policies, which apply when you use it. How measurement cookies are used is explained in the Cookie policy.
Extent of our responsibility for third-party services: [to be confirmed with legal counsel].
9.Availability and changes to the website
We work to keep the website running properly, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance, failures or causes beyond our control. We may modify, suspend or withdraw parts of the website.
10.Suspension and closure of accounts
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that puts the security of the website or of other people at risk, or when required by law. Where reasonable, we will notify you in advance.
You may stop using the website at any time and request deletion of your account by writing to info@hopperlabs.io. Cancelling a subscription is governed by the Purchase terms.
11.Limitation of liability
